Harbor Seal

Encountering this playful spotted harbor seal was a magical experience. He was curious about me and my kayak and kept popping his head up and looking at me before disappearing again. I stayed as still as possible waiting to see where he would pop up next. It was a calm evening and the water was glassy smooth. When I paddled back to the dock he followed me.
